Sending reminder messages
By default when teams registers for your tournament they receive an email with their details and invoice.
If you'd like to send them another email to remind them to pay you can do so using the reminder email feature, as follows:
- Left menu: Team fees
- Top menu: Payments
- Use the dropdown menu to filter according to status (eg. Registered) and click Update
- Make sure the option the "include invoice" is ticked
- Click Select all or choose the teams you want to email using the tick boxes
- Click "Send reminder message"
- A window opens where you can see and edit the text before sending.
- Click send.
This feature is not supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer or Edge.
