Moving a team from the waiting list status into the tournament
If you want to move a team from the waiting list into the tournament, follow these instructions:
- Left menu: Tournament
- Top menu: Categories
- Go into the category where the team has registered
- Click the Teams tab
- In the status column beside the team name, set their status to Registered (or Paid).
- Click Save
Whether you should send the team code and a possible invoice depends on the Email if the category is full email. Check the email from the Registrations tab, and if you have already used the system to send their invoice and team code, there is no real need to send the registration message/email again.
If you'd like to send the registration email again or if it has not been sent earlier, please follow these instructions:
- Click on the symbol next to the team name:

This will redirect you to 'team info'-tab.

- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Send registration info button.
- The team will receive the registration email (which can be found in the registrations tab).
