Marking a team as cancelled

If you want to mark a team as cancelled follow these instructions:

  1. Left menu: Tournament
  2. Top menu: Categories
  3. Go into the category where the team has registered
  4. Click the Teams tab
  5. In the status column beside the team name, set their status to Cancelled and click Save.

If the team is in a group, they will be removed from that group and their slot will be free for you to add their replacement later.

A '?' is displayed as a symbol for a team not being in a group.

Cancelled teams are not deleted or removed from the system, therefore, if needed for any reason, they can be added back into groups.

Marking a team as canceled will keep their information in the system in case you need to contact them. Please note that the delete function isn't working properly at the moment, so leave canceled teams' statuses as canceled.
