Sending the registration email again

If a team needs to receive their registration email again, you can easily send it to them by following these instructions:

  1. Go to the left menu and select Teams
  2. Switch to the Registered tab from the top menu:
    1. This will sort the list by registration dates
  3. Click on the desired team name
  4. You're now in the team info tab.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Send registration info button
    1. The registration email template can be viewed on the registrations tab. If an invoice is attached, teams will receive it with the email.

If a team informed you that they didn't receive their original registration email, then double check their email is correct and ask them to check their junk mail just in case.
