Adding sponsors and hiding them

Once the sponsors are added, they are stored in the system, which means you are able to use them year after year without needing to add them each year. Sponsors are added to the organizer's account, meaning they must first be added to the organizer's account, and then you're able to choose them for your competition.

Adding sponsors:

All sponsors can be added with the following steps:

1. Left menu: Organiser
2. Top menu: Sponsors
3. Write the names and the URLs for all sponsors.

4. Hit Save
5. Now, add the logos for all sponsors. Please note that there's no possibility to delete a sponsor, but due to the size of the images, this isn't really an issue..
   1. After saving the name and URL, a symbol of a missing image will be displayed. By clicking it, you are able to add the image.

Please note that images must be used in .PNG format. For the best end result, use reasonable size ratios. If the image is quite large (1MB or more), it will slow down the site, especially if there are multiple sponsor logos.

Hiding or displaying sponsors

1. Left menu: Tournament (if the tournament/competition isn't correct, select "competition" from the left corner)
2. Top menu: Sponsors

4. If you would like to hide a sponsor, set the type as Not a sponsor.
5. Click 'Save'
