Re-number matches

You might have noticed that when you are finished scheduling the matches, the match numbers will be in a random order.

You can reset the match numbers according to the following ways:

• Re-number by time
• Re-number by pitch
• Re-number by category

Re-number by time

1. Make sure the tournament is not published (General info tab)
2. Left menu: Tournament
3. Top menu: Matches
4. Set match numbers by time

5. On the popup window, type 100.
6. Re-publish the tournament from the General info tab

Re-number by pitch

If you want to set the match numbers so that each pitch has its own match numbers (e.g., pitch 1 starts with 1xx, pitch 2 starts with 2xx), then follow these steps.

1. Make sure the tournament is not published (General info tab)
2. Left menu: Tournament
3. Top menu: Matches
4. Set numbers by pitches
5. On the popup window, type 100.
6. Re-publish the tournament from the General info tab

Re-number by category

If you want to set the match numbers so that each category has its own match numbers (e.g., the U8 category starts with 1xx, U9 category starts with 2xx), then follow these steps.

1. Make sure the tournament is not published (General info tab)
2. Left menu: Tournament
3. Top Menu: Categories
4. Go into the category you would like to have matches start with 101 (e.g., U8 Boys)
5. Click the button Set match numbers by time, and type 100 in the popup window.

6. Repeat for the next category, and type 200 in the popup window. If you have more than 100 matches per category, then it is best to use 1000, 2000, and so on.
