Sending a confirmation email again
By default when teams registers for your tournament they receive an email with their details and invoice.
If you'd like to send them another email after this you can do so using the reminder email feature, as follows:
- Left menu: Team fees
- Top menu: Payments
- Use the dropdown menu to filter according to status (eg. Confirmed)
- Untick the "include invoice" option
- Click "Send reminder message"
- A window opens where you can edit the text before sending. You'll see some coding which helps to make it look a bit nicer. Best to leave that in but you can remove it if you like.
- Click Send.
