Adding referees to matches

Once the referees have been added to the system (more info here) and you have chosen how many officials you need for each game (more info here), you can schedule them for matches.

The simplest way to do this is as follows:

1. Left menu: Referees
2. Top menu: Schedule
3. You will see a list of referees on the left and the games for each day on the right.
4. Select the referee you want to add first, by clicking once on his/her name.
5. Now double click on the ?? area of the match, to add the referee to that game.

6. Repeat for all referees
   1. There's no auto-save, so if there's a chance for you to lose your connection, save often.
7. To remove a referee from a match, double-click on the match where his name is listed.
8. Click Save and then change to the next day.

Once you are happy with your schedule (don't worry, you can change it later) you might want to:

• Send referees a link where they can see their own matches
• Print the mini referee cards
