How do teams add their players/manage their contact details

If you are using TorneoPal for online registrations, you can also have the teams add their player lists or include personnel/staff with various roles.

How it works when teams register:

  1. A team signs up online
  2. They receive an email which includes their team code and a link back to the results site
  3. They click the Login page and use their code to log in
  4. After logging in the see the menu item My Team
  5. In that menu item they click Players to go to the page where they can add (or copy & paste) their player list
  6. Once they're done they click save. They can edit them later if they wish.

If email addresses have been imported, you're able to send the team codes via email. Click here for help. If you'd like to send out the team codes via another platform, we could export the needed details. In these cases, check our help guide on exporting team data or contact info@torneopal.com.

The player lists can be shown publicly on the results site if you wish. They will normally be set to private by default. This means only the team manager and the organizers can see them.
