Replacing / changing a team

It sometimes happens that there's a late team cancellation for your tournament, and you need to replace that team with a new one. You have a couple of easy ways to do this. Start by setting the canceled team as cancelled.

Cancel the team, and add a new one

1. Click into the category which the cancelled team had entered.
2. Click the Teams tab
3. Mark team as cancelled.
   1. Canceling their entry will remove them from the group, without affecting matches or group size.
4. When adding teams, there are two possibilities depending on whether you have used registrations or not:
   1. Without registering a team, you can add the team manually
   2. If you have used registrations, register the team on the admin site.

5. After having added the new team, draw them manually to a group.
