Importing teams into TorneoPal
If you have signed up for TorneoPal just before the tournament date and most of your teams are already registered, we can import the teams into the system for you. For this, we use an Excel file (or something similar, like Google Sheets).
We can import the following data in this order. Only the fields/columns for category and team name are required. The rest are optional, but it's useful to find all the data you have on teams from the same place.
- Category code/name (required)

- Team name (required)
- Shirt Color
- First Name
- Surname
- Address
- Postcode
- City
- Mobile Phone Number
- Email
- With the email addresses, you can send mass emails. Click here for more details.
- Login Code
- Scheduling Request
Below is an example of the most commonly used columns. (Columns can be pasted to another spreadsheet):

Please note that we are adept at reformatting various spreadsheets (Excel, Docs, etc.). If the required format is too complicated for you, don't hesitate to send it to info@torneopal.com as it is. In these cases, please use the tournament name as the subject of the email.
